DHA Bahawalpur Balloting Terms And Conditions
1. The name of the project shall be DHA Bahawalpur.
2. The Plots offered to the buyers in the project shall be on an ownership basis & allotment subject to balloting and allotment policy.
3. Quarterly installments shall be payable by the 5th of each month through demand draft/pay order. Prompt payment of installments on the due dates as per payments schedule is the essence of this contract.
4. The applicant shall make the payment of installments within the period specified. If the applicant fails to pay the payment/dues within the period as mentioned in the final notice, the application will be liable to cancellation as per term (5) of this form.
5. In case of failure on the applicant’s part to make payments within the prescribed period as per schedule or after being served the FINAL NOTICE, the application/allotment will stand canceled. The amount deposited by the applicant shall be refunded after deduction of 20% of the total deposited amount and membership fee.
6. The application for the allotted plot shall be transferred only after payment of all the dues and other charges against the said plot. The application deems to be canceled in case of default of the down payment or processing fee and the applicant shall not be entitled to any claim/allotment.
7. The applicant will pay transfer expenses, documentation charges, and all other ancillary and miscellaneous expenses to the DHA Bahawalpur as determined for the fulfillment of formalities of various departments / agencies as and when asked by the DHA Bahawalpur within the prescribed period (legal time), the cost of the unit does not include land/ground rent, lease execution registration, and expenses like; electric, sui-gas, water and meter charges.
8. The allottee will pay all taxes and other charges levied by Federal, or Provincial or Local Govt, local bodies and Municipal Bodies or any other Authorities, including those existing at present and those, which may be levied by the above- mentioned, and other Authorities in the future.
9. Registered clients/members are requested to make payments as per the schedule given by DHA Bahawalpur. A surcharge @ Kibor 5% per annum for each day of delay shall be levied for the amount in default subject to DHA regulations.
10. DHA reserves the rights to alter the allotment or make the adjustment, relocation of the plot(s) if the need so arises, because of escalation / other essential reasons, additional development charges (due to any fiscal reason) maybe imposed if necessary, and the same shall not be challenged at any forum/court of law.
11. Formal / Final allotment letter(s) will be issued after payment of Development / Miscellaneous charges.
